A client, (Hoppers cake needs help from my team to create a web app to sell their product, personalized cupcakes. Users can order cupcakes as gifts and have them delivered to their recipient. The client does not want a boring interface. They want something fun and engaging for the user. Based on this user persona come up with a user needs statement. The client (hoppers) needs statement is hoppers needs a way to engage users creatively so that they can sell more cupcakes’. The user (Lionel), will have a different need and a different desired outcome.

Many users didn’t find the perfect cake for themselves or their loved ones for the person they were trying to give it to. So for the customer’s problem to be solved, we have come up with the big ideas which give you the perfect flavoured cupcakes for you and your loved ones. This is the most outstanding big idea since the client (Lionel) will have the option of choosing their favorite cupcake flavor upon visiting the site. The site provides diverse types of flavors where Lionel will settle on the best flavor. More clients will also be attracted to this UI since they identify the different flavors Hoppers will have. Unlike the other big ideas that do not specialize the types of flavors, this idea will have a visual and details of the cupcakes at HOPPERS’ Cakes. This will show the company’s desire to be involved, and this will help out the community that is very appealing to community members. Hence it will ultimately create a good relationship between the customers and the big idea. The Big Idea serves perfect personalized cupcakes. The cupcakes are well designed with good frosting and icing. Personalized cupcakes are very beautiful and also come depending upon the season.
